Midtown Lunch blog did a coverage about "LA's Most Genius Hamburger Toppings" and my stomach couldn't help but growl reading about Umami Burger's Parmesan Frico topping. The big parmesan crisp topping is on Umami burger's signature "Umami" burger with shiitake mushroom, caramelized onions, roasted tomato, parmesan crisp, umami ketchup. You can also get the "Umami" burger vegetarian style by substituting the beef patty with portobello mushroom!
